My two oldest are boys, 17 & 13. We three have ADD, or ADHD… I have never received money or benefits based on this. My oldest has other mental issues, and yet no benefits for him, even help that has been much needed. The oldest is now on mediation at his choosing.

I can’t tell you how much it irks me that this illness/disability is being used to make money by parents and by pharmacutical companies as well.

ADD/ADHD is not a joke and shouldn’t be used for “benefits”.

Being a blogger, I have been told to write a post each day. I have tried that, and of the posts that don’t seem quite genuine, I find myself wishing I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place. I would rather write something with quality content, something that I was truly motivated to write, than to put down words on a screen just to have a published post for that day. I believe that putting something out there just for the sake of posting everyday is a true injustice to your followers. You know that old saying…’if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ LOL
